Handels Water Music and selections from the opera Alcina are one a 2 track set for $1.98. Of course the music is not broken up into tracks, but the sound and performance are good, and this is a steal.

On the Seraphim label, Felix Slatkin and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra run through some great Strauss Waltzes for under $3.
