Back in 1981 K-Tel Records released ‘Hooked On Classics’ and it took off in a big way. Never one to rest on a success, K-Tel dipped back into the Hooked-On well many, many times.  Hooked on Swing with Larry Elgart was a very good companion to the Classics releases. From there things went wild [Hooked On Classics 4 is not so great , and yes there is a Hooked On Polka!].
